As another successful TEDxYouth@Hewitt event comes to a close, it’s time for us to pull from the experiences of the speakers and find our own sparks to subsequently flame and ignite. As a writer and actress, I was particularly inspired by the performances of Sophie Beem ’17, Darren Arthur, and Malcolm Wicks.
In order to gain a deeper insight into their stories, I decided to ask each performer three questions:
- What inspired you to begin your creative journey as a performer?
- In what way do you hope to inspire the audience at today’s conference?
- Where do you see yourself going from here?
Play the audio clips below to listen to their “short takes” and visit the TEDxYouth@Hewitt livestream to watch full videos from today’s event.
